A Little Bit About Us
Vintage Cufflinks began life on eBay as Vintage-Cove in 2010, selling some of our much-loved personal items to make space for more purchases. We had spent years growing our collection of mens’ vintage jewellery, buying bulk lots from eBay and garage sales. Eventually, we realised that we had many duplicates, and hence the need to clear out some of our oversized personal collection.
The Vintage-Cove website was initially an information site that ran in tandem with our eBay Store. We found that there was a great number of people looking for information about Vintage Jewellery Makers.
Some of these visitors were other sellers looking to add information to their sales pages, others were owners of vintage items trying to find out more about them. Sometimes, it was people who had come into an inheritance of jewellery, and wanted to determine if their new collection was worth anything.
From this need for information, our “library / research centre” pages were introduced. They have been very popular with jewellery researchers. We plan to add more pictures to make the information more useful.
A Whole New Look
In 2011, the website underwent a design overhaul. As a result, we now have a blog page as part of the website, instead of a separate site, meaning everything is now at one handy location.
And also as part of the overhaul, our visitors are now able to buy direct from us. We have found that buying direct means we can offer lower prices to you, because we have lower costs, giving you a much better deal.
We still advertise our vintage items on eBay from time to time, but mostly we use our website now.

The items you see for sale on this website are the result of clearing out some over-sized private collections. Many of these items have been sourced from garage sales and estate sales in Australia, England and the United States.
All of our Vintage items are pre-loved, and pre-used. There might be minor scratches, ageing, or wear. Items are described as accurately and honestly as possible, but are sold “as is”.
